Resolved Question: Turkish Coins Mailed To Me?

I have a pal who I've known for 3 years in Istanbul, Turkey. She has 6 coins. I want them to collect them. 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 Kuruş & 1 Lira coins. No big deal. She's a really good pal and has agreed to mail them to me. She tried to do it at the beginning of this year, but she used the main postal service and they were crappy like always and either lost or kept it. Can someone tell me what postal service she will have to use in order to effectively receive these coins mailed to me? I know there has to be some private ones, just like FedEx or UPS here in America instead of the main post offices. I'd appreciate it, as I've been promised these little gifts from her for about 8 months now actually. Thanks.

Resolved Question: Antiques - Are 'Matchbox toy cars' worth much?

When me and my dad was redecorating today, we came across 3 big boxes full with matchbox toy cars, their could easily be upwards of 400 pieces still in its original packaging, and most is in perfect condition. Some of the models we have 6-7+ of the same type. We also came across some old stamps in a stamp collecting book, coins and a few what look like victorian silver brooches. I remember seeing something about matchbox toys on television a long long time ago on an antique programme, but I can't remember if they sold or not. Are they worth much or should they be thrown away with the relax of the junk we're clearing?

Resolved Question: Have you ever come across a Neo Barbarian?

Neo-Barbarians are often mistaken as Bikers and Pirate as they are prone to wearing Black T-shirts, leather items such as boots, gloves and many other forms of jewelry such as chains, spikes and skull decorations and sometimes mixes of the two ideas of modern pirates which has accounted for the mistaken identity of an increase rather than decrease of Pirates globally do to breading habits and similar attraction to expensive shiny objects such as gems, metals and oddly enough have a terrible addition to coin collections. # They can also be spotted at any sports event, both public and private or odd ball games that make no sense to anyone but themselves such as driving on their bellies through mud with incomplete motor cycles, anything as a competition in Japan, and food and drink consuming contests. # possess few things, have huge debts and think it is silly when bill collectors try to collect money from them as they have a bad habit of accessing big sums of revenue and yet are terribly broke as a result of spending that money on things such as strippers, pizza, strong drink and weapons which most of the time they do not really know how to use in the first place. # Any vehicle which is painted camouflage and often with a lift kit and excessively big tires even though no one else would make something like a Volkswagen Bug into something like a messed up monster truck, and will attempt this with any vehicle they receive their hands on in a group and adore Junk yard Wars. Also such vehicles will be decorated with skulls of animals and have human skull shaped ornaments, chains and other such things and look like rejected movie extras from Mad Max. # Hate country music and fear horses and will often fall down in fits of insane protest if someone "Bumps the Southern Sounds' that is in their minds meant only for Heavy Metal, or Rap. # Hate bright colors, but most of every pink and believe pink should only appear in one place and we sick not mention that here. Purple is also often heavily disliked but to date no one really knows why. # Think the Joker against Batman should have won. # Think Sci-Fi is a documentary yet profess they hate Battle Star Galactic, Like Star Wars, not sure about Star Trek, and think Far Scape women should have every been Naked. When it comes to the Movies Aliens and Predators they believe they could take them, and are preparing for Zombie Attacks as a potential future sport, and again believe they could take them and ready with trained carnivorous squirrels. # Usual wonder how much Pizza and Bear a UFO can actually hold and how many alien women they receive to bone. # Rarely give up a chance to battle and if they are too old to battle like they could when they were more physically fit often resort to video games. Many Play-Stations and Nintendo systems have been destroyed at their hands. # Miss the original Pac-Man becuase they just like the little yellow guy who though physically challenged with no eyes, ears, arms or legs could still by the sheer will of his spirit and power of his toothless mouth conquered those ugly colored ghosts. # Break things without trying and suffer from BICS syndrome which is Bull In China store. # Bad Luck is their best pal as they do not know who this Good Luck person is yet still bye lottery tickets. # Have traps below their pillows as kids and rig Christmas Trees and other Holiday Items to try and Catch Santa, the Easter rabbit and the Tooth fairy, so they can sell them and steal their goods. Many pour old Jolly Men, stray bunnies and; well you receive the point, have met terrible ends when discovered to be impostors and many Barbarian Parents have not played such roles for reasons of personal safety. Barbarian kids are notorious for being insanely smart but as a toss back flaw every Barbarian males become dumber as they receive older. # By the time the men are 30 they consider life is over, age faster, gain a lot of weight and plead for an untimely death out of sheer boredom and a loss of adventure and prone to go through a midlife crisis by the time they are 15 years old, though some are tardy bloomers and it happens around the age of 20. # Old Barbarian men have problems with finding underwear and boxers that fit right and expose their junk often to the horror of every others. It is for this reason even Barbarians believe the Old people of their kin are bad Spirits.

Open Question: Can anyone remember this commodore 64 game?

Can anyone tell me the name of this c64 game.... I used to play this back in 1992...... A dizzy style puzzle game where you can pick up, use and drop items. The main character is a dragon that can jump and breathe flame. There is a part of the game where you can travel over water as long as you have a life-ring and you need to collect a coin to pay a guard so you can cross a bridge. If you died you floated to the top of the screen wearing a halo! I can't remember the name of this game! Can anyone help? Thanks guys, but it's definately not Spyro. I played this game back in 1992, but think it was released before that, maybe as early as 1990, sure that Spyro was around way after that...... this was a basic puzzle style game, like the dizzy games made my codemasters. Also, the dragon was green but he couldn't fly, only breathe flame and jump. There were straw huts and coconut trees, I think you could knock the coconuts off the palm trees and then collect them.... That's every I can remember! Someone must know the title of this game! Please Help! I'm going crazy :-S

Open Question: What is the name of this (possibly 90s) pc game?

I've been driving myself crazy thinking of the name of a pc game from the 90s. it had a fox dressed in blue military-looking attire. the game started with the fox in a dungeon-like room and once he's out he's in the forest or jungle or something. you go through obstacles and collect coins as you go. it is played using the keyboard arrows and he has an accent when he talks (could be an english accent but i don't remember). he also carries a sword! can anyone please tell me what the name of this game is???

Resolved Question: which model should I use for my character?

In my story idea, a man sees a young lady sitting at the road corner and she asks him if he has any spare change. He gives her a coin and she grabs his finger and makes him stay with her. She says she is "collecting energy for good luck" because her world is very lonely. Can you please go to the link and click on model and tell me which number of model you think would look right for this character? Thanks. http://looklet.com/create
